Slowly reaching the end of the internet during the 2020 Quarantine, and saw this nifty little trick for dealing with stubborn brake bleeder screws: Some bleeder screws won't budge...and most just reach for the vise grips first thing.....but that should be the SECOND thing you reach for. Using vise grips alone will 99% of the time result in rounding off or otherwise destroying the bleeder screw, so a new one will need to be purchased. Lame.
So grab a proper brake flare wrench first, then, if the bleeder still won't break free (they are quite often very stubborn), then add a little pressure with the vice grips. That will help keep the wrench from spreading apart and loosing its grip. On, and a little penetrating oil won't hurt either, You're welcome.
